The Teton Edge Santoku and Petty are a tag team to knock out prep for main course meats and veggies. Lastly, the paring knife is the ultimate cocktail lime-wedge slicer and "Face" for the cheese board.

Unlike other brands, New West's Santoku features a generous curve to accommodate chopping. The “Teton Edge” replaces the traditional santoku “dimples” with an etched semblance of the Teton Mountain range. As with the dimples, the etching helps the blade slice smoothly through food without sticking- but the Teton Edge does it even better. The Paring
The G-Fusion paring knife has a modified "Drop Point Design" which results in a more "forgiving" knife that doesn't get stuck when, for example, coring an apple or removing the eyes of a potato.
