Location: Victor, ID
Reports to: Victor Operations Manager
The Fulfillment Coordinator will be responsible for making sure the wheels of NWKW fulfillment stay greased. Your role is dynamic - you will satisfy the New West KnifeWorks online orders, distribute stock to retail stores, check-in and record items received from production, receive third party goods and fulfill custom engraving orders for customers. New West KnifeWorks is growing fast - you will have the opportunity to learn and grow with us as we create efficient systems and processes.

What you’ll do:
- Become the core member of our dynamic fulfillment team.
- Fulfill customer orders with attention to detail and in a timely manner
- Submit a weekly restocking inventory report
- Coordinate and distribute inter-store inventory transfers
- Manage the shipping and receiving all in-house production and 3rd goods inventory
- Work closely with other member of Operations to verify pricing, apply proper tagging and strategically distribute inventory to stores
- Learn to play with lasers and fulfill custom engraving requests
